The body of the pen/pencil is carefully turned on a lathe, The finishing sanding and shaping are done by hand. An application of hand rubbed shellac and wax is applied and buffed to achieve a beautiful gloss finish that will last the life of the pen/pencil. Goldtone or brushed steel metal fittings compliment the fine wood. Each pen/pencil has a nice heft to it, and is perfectly balanced in your hand.

The mechanism inside is a simple twist to open, twist to close. The ink glides onto the paper smoothly and evenly, making writing a pleasure. Since the refill is by Cross or Parker, replacements are readily available at any stationary store or department store.
